how to download movies from IE using IDM

FOR  forumites  who use torrents like me, there is another way you can download  good clean copies of the very latest movies unavailable on torrent sites.
1. download and install the latest version of idm
2. go to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login   or any other sites that hv the option of watching movies online.
3.once you click on play video link, IDM   will kick in, and you will see a download video link with IDM.
4YOUR DOWNLOAD STARTS IMMEDIATELY AT AWESOME SPEEDS, and it works with proxy - freedom,tor,privoxy...etc...
i downloaded 2.5gb of movies under 2hrs  one fateful day when privoxy worked on mtn

Nice one.....i will post sites i download clean movies from later when i get on pc.
