Download the latest version of yf here You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and simply configure it thus MTN settings:
YF Server: ems30.your-freedom.de or ems12.your-freedom.de, ems19.your-freedom.de
Connection mode: HTTPS,
Port: 443,
Tweaks: MTN Nigeria

Proxy Setting: Leave everything blank

Under Options:
Check 2,3,4,5 and 8'

Configure your browser with 127.0.0.1 port 8080

How to upgrade your freedom

The easiest way to upgrade your freedom account is via liberty reserve or You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, register with either You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login , fund any of your accounts, then login into yf site from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and click on account, then scroll down to buy a package, chose basic freedom,enhanced or total freedom depending on the one you want to buy, then chose the payment method that suits you and proceed, you will be connected to the payment processor interface where you will be required to login into vtn or liberty reserve as the case may be,  once you successfully login your payment will be immediately verified and your yf account be immediately upgraded.

If you require me to do it for you, then you will have to go to any of  the following banks and pay in N1000 for vtn accounts. Deposit it with the depositors name of Nwosu Desmond
(A)  Bank PHB Branches
Deposit the amount to be loaded on your VTN to the account below
Account Name: VTNetwork Limited
Account No:  1000576702

(B) GTBank Branches
Deposit the amount to be loaded on your VTN to the account below
Account Name: VTNetwork Limited
Account No:  0024210123

(C) Oceanic Bank Branches
Deposit the amount to be loaded on your VTN to the account below

(D) Intercontinental Bank PLC Branches
Deposit the amount to be loaded on your VTN to the account below

Have been using freedom now for the past 3 months now on Enhanced Package(4 Mbits/s). Infact is best internet connection in Nigeria.

Type in the Username and Password that you have registered on the Freedom site. But if you don’t have a registered account with your-freedom yet,

Just go to
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

and register your account now. It’s free!
Then click on save and exit
Now click on PORT: Tick sock sock4/5 and web proxy...
Click on MESSAGE: Mark Auto Scroll and select DEBUG
You are good to go.

But before you start your free internet browsing,
One more step: Configure your browsers using the following settings:
PROXY ADDRESS: 127.0.0.1 PORT: 8080
Then mark Use Proxy For All Protocols

You can also connect without a tweak.

But the sotfware work most on WIN 7 and Vista.

(i) unlock (I've the software but where to input the key is the problem)
(ii) config etibaba in the fastlink after unlocking
(iii) config YF

my freedom subscription ends on the 8/08/2011 I've not been able to use for one day. Pls Help!!!!

To unlock your modem, insert another network's sim into it like say etisalat or glo, wait for few secs a pop will request for you to input the unlock code.

To configure etisalat, simply Tools, then options, The profile management, then click on new, fill in the following:
profile name: Etisalat
APN (static): etisalat
access number:*99#
username and password:wap

then save and thats it.

To configure yf, download the latest version from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and follow the instruction as earlier. whats your operating system?

download the latest yf software and install it then configure it like this
1. address You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
2. mode http
3 .port 80
mark box 3,5,6,7
post size 20000
initial post size 10000000
reconnection delay 5000
thren open proxy setting put this
proxy address any of yf server i.e ems01.your-freedom.de
proxy port 8080
make sure you have your freedom accountthen save and exit,window 7 user should not run the yf in administrator mode..enjoy

This is a known issue with xp and vista, complains have been made to the your freedom experts and they are currently working on it, once htere is a solution i wont hesiatate to post it here, but the thing works perfectly on windows 7. can anyone confirm this?

yes it is working on my window 7.
pls my hp pavillion dv5 can not send files through bluetooth and can only receive files from a nokia fone only pls what do i do
i downloaded a bluetoothdrive fron hp and it did not still work
